Change Your Life With Contact Lenses
There’s no doubt about it: Eyeglasses are the perfect accessory, and topping off an outfit with the perfect pair of specs can make any look pop. But sometimes, life is just easier without frames.
If you’ve considered switching from glasses to contact lenses (or even trying a little bit of both!), this is a perfect time to make the transition. Significant advances have been made in contact lens technology, even helping those with complicated prescriptions make the change.
At Griffin Optometric Group, our experienced team can provide a contact lens exam specific to your vision needs and a contact lens fitting to determine the right lens for your prescription and lifestyle.
If you’ve been dreaming of contact lenses, you’re in the right place. Book your contact lens exam today!
Your Contact Lens Exam
You can expect your contact lens exam to take a little longer than your routine eye exam. We’ll take many different measurements, and the optometrist will ask a few questions about your lifestyle and what you’re looking for in a contact lens.
Your overall eye health plays a vital factor when determining the perfect lens for your vision, and there may be some slight adjustments to accommodate where the contact lens rests on your eye.
Your Contact Lens Fitting & Trial
Your optometrist will take some time to choose the perfect lens for your eye shape and measurements. There are many options to choose from, but the team will work diligently to find the best fit. Once we’ve chosen the right ones, you’ll head home with your first trial pair of contact lenses.
Please know that you may not fall in love with your first pair of lenses. But don’t be discouraged! It can take a couple of tries to find the right brand and size. Because your overall comfort is our top priority, routine check-ups can help assure us that your eyes are happy with their new contacts.
